About The Founder / Author
REBECCA EVANS is a motivational speaker, author and empowerment coach. She founded Inner Element as a way to combine her experiences as a woman in the military, mom and world class athlete into an organization that provides effective life breakthrough strategies. Her core philosophy, “fitness from the inside out” resounds for men and women of all ages.
As a frequent columnist, radio show host and frequent television guest, she shares her empowerment techniques with thousands of individuals weekly. Her accomplishments as a business woman have landed her as Idaho Business Review’s “Idaho Women of the Year” honors, the National Association of Women Business Owners Business Women of the Year honors, and Boise State University's “Women Making History in Idaho”. She is a former Girls on the Run program director, Mrs. Idaho International 2004 and a decorated Gulf War veteran.
Rebecca is the author of The Art of Self Discovery, Inner Fitness for Celebrating Your Life, Inner Fitness for Girls, Inner Fitness for Empowerment and Yes I Can, Tips from Kristyn. She lives in Idaho with her husband, four children, two dogs and three lizards.

Author Lorene Oates
Lorene Oates has been a sister of some kind for as long as she can remember. While her professional credentials include 24 years experience working the world of marketing, public relations and special events in Seattle & Boise, her greatest achievements have been the friendships she has developed along the way.
Lorene's genuine interest in helping others has landed her in service to train and build the self esteem and confidence in women and girls through many paths including personal coaching, leadership boards and teaching. Her role as Event Director - Sponsor Services at the St. Luke's Women's Fitness Celebration has allowed Lorene to meet many amazing women who participate in America's largest 5K for Women.
Lorene is a recipient of the the Idaho Business Review's "Idaho Business Woman of the Year" award and the US Business Administration Idaho Women in Business Co-Advocate of the Year award. She is a graduate of the University of Idaho. |

Author Kim Peake
Kim Peake has been involved in discipling and mentoring others in their Christian faith for over 20 years. For her, seeing others come to know God better and experience His love for them is one of the greatest things in life.
Kim has taught high-school math, been on church staffs as the mission director and worship leader, and is currently working as a contractor in marketing with an HP team. Her work in ministry over the years has taken her to Honduras, Mexico, and serving on the board of directors for Safe Place Ministries in Boise, which ministers to women in abusive situations.
Currently, Kim is launching her new organizing venture, the simply organized life, and has her new organization workbook available, with proceeds going to support efforts to stop human trafficking in the world and also Safe Place Ministries here in Boise. |

Authors MaKenzie Peake & Alabama Heatherley
MaKenzie Peake lives a fun, fascinating life in Eagle, Idaho. In the midst of school, cooking, hip-hop, singing, and volleyball, she finds peace in writing, shopping, and going to Starbucks (her all-time fave). But, never to worry, she has an amazing family right behind her, great friends, and an awesome God who loves her!
Alabama Heatherley was born on July 7th, 1996 at Saint Luke's Hospital, only two days after her best friend, MaKenzie. She loves to read, write, draw and baby sit. An only child, she has lived all of her life in Boise, Idaho with her mom, dad, four cats and crazy dog, Daisy.

Author Beth Cunningham
Beth Cunningham began learning about and meeting people with disabilities at a very young age due to her parents who worked in this field. Beth obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee and then moved to Colorado to pursue a job as a white water raft guide. She returned to school in Colorado and obtained a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and Vocational Evaluation from the University of Northern Colorado. Beth has been working in the disability field since 1993 and is currently the director of Employment Services for Community Partnerships of Idaho.
Beth and her department are committed to assisting individuals with disabilities to obtain gainful employment through vocational evaluation, counseling and placement services. Beth believes that employment is one key aspect in independence. Beth has a passion to assist people of all abilities to achieve their goals and to become independent. Beth lives in Boise Idaho with her two young daughters, Gracie and Ella and her husband Troy. She feels that education along with experiences at a young age is very important for kids to learn and to truly appreciate and value diversity. |
